PADDLE FOR A PURPOSE ... paddle social April 1st
On April 1st, 2012 . We will be have our next ''Paddle Social'', only his social will have special meaning called ''PADDLE FOR A PURPOSE.'' The Purpose is to raise some money to donate to Hospice. We all know what Hospice does and for the most part they have all touched our lives one way or another.. My family and I were blessed to have experienced Hospice comforting my Mom and assisting us during her last couple weeks battling cancer before she entered everlasting life...
Now I'm in position to give back , along with the paddling community we will have a fun paddle and meet other paddlers, demos on some new SUP's , co-ed relay paddle race , prizes, raffle and a small after gathering at Scott's Fish Market. I would like to raise money and donate to Hospice of the Lowcountry and Hospice of Hernando (Fla). Anyone is welcome to attend. NO entry fee because its all about having fun . Donations welcome (if you want) and all proceeds will go to Hospice.
When: Sunday , April 1st , 2012
Where: The boat ramp next to Old Oyster Factory
Time: 3-5:30 pm
After paddle gathering.:. 6 pm , Scott's for a little som' som' & raffle..
