Jesse SUP'ng NE wind blown chop

I watched Jesse catch a few waves in the waist high NE wind slop. Waves 3-4 ft , chop 3-4 ft.. Should clean up in couple days as the winds switch SW to W on Fri.. Water warming up too.. Summer is coming..
