Birthday waves, Low Country style

Yesterday, Sept. 6th was a special day for me. First it was the start of my 44th trip around the sun. Second, there was clean waist high waves all thru the tide. leftovers from Hanna' or/and the starting pulse of H-cane Ike'. I was on my new 10'-6'' Paddle Surf Hawaii . That board has a little more float than the 10-3 but just as maneuverable and loose. Super fast and fun.
Again, thanks to Tim Neil from BEACH BREAK GRILL for the great shots. What is nice about these shots is that the waves were clean, awesome color and the shrimp boat in the back ground. The typical Southern' Low Country scene. Mahalo Tim..
